OFFLINE Tender No- PKC/Dress/PEDG/21-22/02 Date: 29.12.2021
Notice inviting Tender for supply of SPORTS DRESSES & SHOEs from the reputed Distributors / Retailers / Suppliers through Offline tender process. The tender notice can be downloaded from the TENDER notice board of the College official website (https://pkcollegecontai.ac.in).
The vendors are hereby requested to prepare the rate quotation on Shop’s or Farm’s Pad and then submit to the PHYSICAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT in a sealed Envelop by mentioning Tender Number and Date 28.12.2021 with the following scanned documents within 08.01.2022 –
- Trade License,
- GST registration certificate,
- PAN of Proprietor/Shop/Farm,
- Bank details,
- IT Return.
The vendors are also requested to give the rate per UNIT (including the Printing Charges) and it inclusive carrying cost to the College Premises.
Terms & Condition-
- Tender to be opened on 13.01.2022 at 12-00 noon in the office chamber of the Principal and all the bidder(s) should be bring one piece of every item quoted. The College Authority reserves the right to accept/reject all or any of the tender(s) without assigning any reason thereof. The tender, which is conditional / incomplete / belated etc, will not be entertained.
- Each particular bidder should submit quotation for at least ONE ITEM.
- The successful vendor shall supply the prescribed goods/materials within maximum 07 days from the issue of purchase order (P.O.).
- The payment will be released within 15 days on complete supply of goods/material or installation based on duly certified installation reports after installations are done.
