Grievance Redressal Cell

‘I was angry with my friend:
I told my wrath, my wrath did end.
I was angry with my foe:
I told it not, my wrath did grow.’     —William Blake

It is indeed better to air a grievance than keeping it under the slab of concrete. The Grievance Redressal Cell of the college is intended to prop up and sustain a conducive and impartial academic environment. It is a mechanism to redress the grievance of different stakeholders of the college, including students, teachers, non-teaching employees and guardians. The aims and objectives of the cell are as follows:

  • To ensure a democratic environment in the campus.
  • To redress academic and administrative problems of the students and staff.
  • To render the campus students’ friendly.
  • To render the teaching and non-teaching employees of the college approachable, answerable and well-mannered in dealing with the students.
  • To identify systemic flaws in modus operandi of the institution.
  • To solve the different individual and educational related grievances of the teacher-trainees.
  • To ensure the qualitative as well as quantitative development of the institution.
