- Offering quality and equitable education by employing appropriate and inclusive pedagogy envisioned by Swami Vivekananda, Rabindranath Tagore, and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
- Making use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)in teaching in order to ensure effectiveness of teaching and maximum learning outcome and to cater the diverse needs of students with different styles and rates of learning.
- Organizing seminar, conference, webinar, workshop and short-term training programme to support meaningful learning of students and their all-round development.
- Conducting awareness programmes for students about various scholarships, government and non-government schemes, and courses/programmes of higher studies offered by different Institutes of Higher Education (HEI) of repute across the country.
- Organizing sensitization programmes for students from the SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwDs categories, as well as parents, administrators, and the general public, in order to facilitate the effective implementation of service programmes for people with disabilities.
- Arrangement of special classes for the final year students to help them prepare for the entrance examinations for admission into the courses of higher studies at different institutes of higher education across the country.
- Encourage faculty members to prepare literature such as handouts, brochures, articles, text books, manuals etc. on different areas of education subjects with a special focus on the syllabus (under CBCS pattern) of the Under Graduation (UG) Programme in Education (Honours & Pass) as proposed by Vidyasagar University.
- Encourage faculty members to undertake research in specific educational areas, whose results would contribute to the development of educational policies, quality of education, inclusive education, inclusive society, and human resources.
- Organizing special lectures on recent trends and developments in education and allied areas in order to keep the students and faculty members updated and informed about the same.
- Ensuring the provision of remedial classes for students who need extra support for their studies and better performance in the examinations.
