In accordance with Government Order No. 2966-ICA(N) dated 10.06.2026, the NSS Units and NCC wing of the College will observe Paschimbanga Divas (West Bengal Day) on 20 June 2026 in a befitting manner.

To mark the occasion, an Essay Competition will be organised for students on the theme of West Bengal's heritage, culture, history, and achievements. The essay should not exceed 3,000 words (time - one hour).

A Special Lecture highlighting the significance of Paschimbanga Divas and the rich legacy of West Bengal will follow the competition.

The programme will commence at 1:00 p.m. in the Seminar Hall (Vivekananda Bhawan) with an essay competition (spot registration) followed by a special lecture. All students, teachers, and non-teaching staff are cordially invited to participate and make the event a success.
