It is indeed better to air a grievance than keeping it under the slab of concrete. The Grievance Redressal Cell of the college is intended to prop up and sustain a conducive and impartial academic environment. It is a mechanism to redress the grievance of different stakeholders of the college, including students, teachers, non-teaching employees and guardians.
