This is for the information of all the Provisionally Admitted Students for the 1^st Semester of U.G. Courses (Session 2025-2026) that the Hostel Application Form (for Girls’ & Boys Hostel) will be available on the College website (https://pkcollegecontai.ac.in ) from 15.09.2025.

The students, who are willing to take admission in the College Hostel, are advised to submit the filled-in Application Form along with the following required documents at the Cash Section on or before 25.09.2024 (04:00 p.m.) (office hours only).  The list of provisionally selected candidates for admission in the Hostel for available seats will be published later on, and it will be available only at the College website. 

Necessary documents to be attached to the filled-in application -

1. Admission Fees Receipt,
2. Self-attested Copy of AADHAAR,
3. SC, ST, OBC-A & B, PwD, EWS Certificate (if applicable),
4. Income Certificate issued by the Competent Authority,
5. Distance Certificate (from College to residence) from the competent Authority.

N.B. Mere application for the Hostel Accommodation doesn’t mean that every applicant will get a seat. Allocation will be made as per the availability of vacant seats, distance of residence, income, and caste category.

• Hostel Admission Fees with annual Rent (Per Year) – Rs. 5000.00 +
• Refundable Caution Money (once at the time of admission) – Rs. 1000.00
