The aims and objectives of the cell are as follows:

1. To monitor & mentor the students’ activity.

2. To install regularity & discipline in the students.

3. To inculcate discipline, punctuality and motivation among the students.

4. To solve their doubts and provide self-confidence to develop their quality of life.

5. To help the students solve their psychological problems.

6. To address conflicts in attitudes, habits, and knowledge of the students towards learning practices.

7. To develop positive attitude and behaviour in order to meet challenges.

8. To regularly address detailed problems of the students, their scopes for employment as well as career development.

9. To precisely provide guidance to appear in different competitive examinations.

10. To improve the teacher-student rapport.
