The aims and objectives of the cell are as follows:

1. To ensure a democratic environment in the campus.

2. To redress academic and administrative problems of the students and staff.

3. To render the campus students’ friendly.

4. To render the teaching and non-teaching employees of the college approachable, answerable and well-mannered in dealing with the students.

5. To identify systemic flaws in modus operandi of the institution.

6. To solve the different individual and educational related grievances of the teacher-trainees.

7. To ensure the qualitative as well as quantitative development of the institution.
